NLSTools
A suite that provides pre- and post-processors for mathematical software to investigate bifurcation problems in non-linear dynamical systems.
The project consists of the following parts:
1. codegen - a code-generator that parses an ode-definition in an input file and produces a C-sourcecode for the vectorfield
2. confmap - a class library that parses a configuration file and behaves like a STL map
